Design Partner Programme Terms
- •Eligibility: Organisations actively deploying AI agents in production environments. Subject to Helixar Limited's assessment.
- •Lifetime free access is conditional on continued eligibility, fair use compliance, and Helixar Limited's discretion.
- •Usage is for internal security purposes only. Prohibited uses include resale, redistribution, competitive benchmarking, and white-labelling.
- •Helixar Limited reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue access with 90 days' written notice.
- •Data collected during the pilot may be used in anonymised, aggregated form to improve detection capabilities, subject to privacy obligations under New Zealand law.
- •Helixar Limited is not liable for any losses, data breaches, or security incidents occurring during or after the pilot period.
- •These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Zealand.
Product Capability Disclaimer
Descriptions of product capabilities represent intended functionality and observed performance in controlled test environments. Actual detection rates, response times, resource overhead, and installation times will vary depending on deployment environment, operating system version, network configuration, endpoint hardware, and other factors.
Helixar Limited makes no warranty that all threats will be detected in all environments. Security products do not guarantee prevention of all attacks. Operators should maintain layered security controls and should not rely on any single product as their sole line of defence.
Efficiency claims (e.g., deployment time, overhead, detection rates) reference specific test configurations. Independent results may differ materially.
Helixar Limited is not liable for financial losses, data breaches, system downtime, or other damages arising from reliance on product capabilities or from undetected threats.
