Nick leads Helixar’s commercial strategy, revenue growth, go-to-market, and investor relationships, while remaining closely involved in product direction and research.

He brings executive operating experience as COO of Tax Management New Zealand, where he has worked across regulated environments requiring strong governance, control evidence, auditability, and board-level accountability.

Nick’s career spans digital transformation across banking, public sector, financial services, and payment infrastructure, giving him a practical understanding of how organisations adopt new technology safely, commercially, and at scale.

Siri leads Helixar’s technology strategy, engineering architecture, and core platform development, ensuring the system can produce reliable, verifiable evidence for regulated AI use.

He brings decades of engineering experience across enterprise technology, IBM, and fintech environments, with deep expertise in secure systems, protocol design, and infrastructure built for control, auditability, and scale.

Siri is the architect of the HDP protocol, its standards work, and the backbone systems that generate Helixar’s evidence layer. At Helixar, he owns the technical correctness of what the platform observes, controls, and proves.

Matt Rama

Co-founder, CFO & Legal Counsel

Matt leads Helixar’s finance, legal, and commercial structuring, helping translate regulated AI adoption from pilot into contract, procurement approval, and enterprise deployment.

He brings more than two decades of experience across tax, finance, law, and compliance, including senior advisory experience at PwC and executive commercial leadership as Chief Commercial Officer of Tax Management New Zealand.

Matt’s background gives Helixar a practical understanding of how regulated buyers assess risk, structure agreements, satisfy governance requirements, and build confidence across legal, finance, procurement, and executive teams.

Sakuna Harinda
Sakuna Harinda
Founding AI/ML Research Engineer

Sakuna leads Helixar’s AI and machine learning research, with a focus on understanding how autonomous agents behave, fail, and operate under policy constraints.

He is a cybersecurity and AI doctoral researcher at the University of Auckland, with software engineering experience focused on the security implications of AI systems.

At Helixar, Sakuna’s research helps underpin the platform’s behavioural detection, agent monitoring, and governance capabilities, giving organisations deeper visibility into how AI systems act in real-world enterprise environments.
